“We really enjoyed our weekend stay! The house was very clean and in a nice & quiet neighborhood. It was a plus that the outlet mall was only 5 miles away also. The closets provided plenty of storage, the a/c was great & the beds were very comfortable…we will definitely choose this property when we have a chance to visit again. Ricardo was very responsive so it was a pleasure working with him.”

“Simon was great and very attentive. Check in was easy, the home was clean and comfortable. My only complaint and it’s so little that it doesn’t even matter, but there wasn’t any soap to wash dishes. I did go buy some as we were there for 4 nights :) I would definitely stay here again or any of Simon’s properties!”

“We enjoyed the stay especially the pool. We had our grand kids over so they had a great time. We grilled the 2 days we where as there is a meat market just minutes from the place. The house was nice and clean with everything you need. Highly recommend the place. ”
