「Séjour très agréable dans un appartement tout confort et très design.Un ou deux points : le radiateur des deux salles de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Le robinet de l’évier de la cuisine était mal fixé, instable. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lave-vaisselle. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait très apprécié. Et avec un lave-linge, nous resterions une semaine de plus ! Sinon, merveilleux séjour.」

「Great outdoor space with pool」

「 Minha estadia foi muito boa, principalmente no que diz respeito ao atendimento. Sempre que eu tinha alguma dúvida, era prontamente respondido. Inclusive, me permitiram fazer o check-in antecipado sem custo adicional, o que foi um diferencial. A localização também é excelente — tudo muito próximo, dá para fazer tudo a pé. Como ponto de atenção, recomendo ao proprietário que verifique a instalação elétrica do imóvel. Tenho experiência com vários imóveis e percebi que há algo fora do padrão: ao...

「Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Der Checkin und checkout lief reibungslos. Wir wurden mit italienischen Köstlichkeiten empfangen. Wir waren total platt, mit welcher Freundlichkeit wir empfangen wurden. Über WhatsApp war unsere Vermieterin bei allen Fragen immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, um die Nähere Umgebung wie Genua, Portofino u.s.w. zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. 」

「Der Aufenthalt ist sehr angenehm. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind, wie der gesamte Komplex, einfach perfekt. Einzig die Auffahrt auf den Monte San Giacomo ist ab und zu ein wenig abenteuerlich. Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Objekt in bester Lage mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, aber auch vielen Rückzugsorten sollte manmal eine Auszeit brauchen.」

As part of LHP the appartment was done following the same look and ammenities of the 5 stars LHP Santa Margherita Palace Hotel (where I stayed last year and reviewed it with a 5 star rating). Clean, comfortable, with 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms it is a lot more spacious than any hotel room if you don't mind not having every day service (I didn't). The large balcony offers spectacular views !」

「We had a wonderful week at the boathouse- it really is the most spectacular and unique place to stay. The view from the house is breathtaking with a vast kitchen and living area. Portofino and Santa Margerita are beautiful towns but very expensive! 」
