Conveniently located within minutes to downtown San Luis Obispo and 15 minutes from three beaches. This is one of the few green certified homes in SLO. Perfect for a romantic getaway or visiting the kids at college.

Take a stroll to the end of the block to visit Lucy's Coffee or pick up a bottle of wine at the local market. You're sure to love your stay.
The space
Queen size bed, private entrance, bathroom, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and tea. Sunny back yard with fire pit and relaxing chairs just outside your door.
Guest access
Guests have access to the bottom unit including the bedroom, bathroom, hallway, and backyard.

Easy street parking right outside.
