"The staff at the moment we arrived didn’t know what to do because they didn’t know anything about the reservation. The room doesn’t have toilet paper. No hot water and is car noises all night. "

"It was a good hotel to stay in the area. No wifi or tvs in the rooms, only in the lobby. Its kind of far from everything but the restaurant is decent, with good food and good prices. Overall it was fine to visit several waterfalls from here. I would recommend it as long as you understand that you will be a bit disconnected from internet and it would be 20 mins to ciudad valles."

"El lugar esta excepcional para relajarte el personal es muy amable. Hay area para caminar y explorar hay que adecuarse solamente a la comida. Pero en general esta muy bien."
