"We were visiting our daughter who attends UC Santa Cruz and wanted a place not too far from campus. This property was perfect! It was just 20 minutes from the college and wow is it gorgeous! The cottage is warm, welcoming and comfortable. The property is private and secluded, perfect for anyone who likes to spend time outdoors. This place is a true gem."

"It took a minute to adjust to the small size of the cabin; once we did, it was cozy and comfortable. The outdoor deck is great, with a couch and table, surrounded by huge trees and the sound of a creek bubbling over rocks. There is a full kitchen with a stove/oven, fridge/freezer, and hot water (that takes a few minutes to heat up). There are several cabins on the property, and doggies are welcome."

"This was our second stay and we love it! It's quiet, it's comfortable, it's beautiful, it's well maintained and minutes to Gilroy! The first night we had an issue with the fire pit and the owner went above and beyond rectifying the problem to make sure we were happy. Especially loved the creek behind and the wild turkeys and a peacock! We were unable to taste any wine this time, but we'll be back!!"

"The vineyard and grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the local cat is very friendly, and greeted us when we arrived. While the kitchenette was small, it was useful. There is no longer a toaster oven, as the photo shows, but instead a separate toaster and a microwave. The pots and pans are stainless, and adequate for reheating and light cooking. The location is great! It's just a few minutes from some nice shops in Aptos Village, and Nisene Marks State Park, where we hiked a couple times."

I loved the thoughtful details like the record player with vintage albums (my daughter enjoyed playing them!), the shampoo and body wash in the shower, and the Nespresso pods. "Our second visit, this is a great spot. Grandparents and grandkids alike love it. Note to owners: a little maintenance work on front showerhead and replacing burnt out light bulbs in several rooms would give great bang for the buck. All told, those are minor inconveniences and this place is magical. The walk to the beach and around town is unbeatably convenient. Great spots out of the town center are also a short walk like Gayle's and Sante Adarius. The corner market has surprisingly good...
