Relaxing holidays

Very well equipped, in a quite area, surrounded by a lot of trees. Swimming pool is very well maintained. Very good contact with local agency, followed up on their customers, via WhatsApp. Good bakery and good restaurants in neighbourhood. Ideal for a beach holiday.

Great stay in Bibione with a very good place and location in the city to enjoy the beach, the shops ร d good restaurants. One week was not enough to enjoy all the options from the great appartement

Schรถne Unterkunft und schรถne Lage

Es war unser erster Urlaub in Bibione und wir haben ihn sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schรถn und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief problemlos. Wir erhielten alle wichtigen Infos zum Check-In (der aufgrund vor Ort hinterlegter Schlรผssel jederzeit mรถglich war). Auch wรคhrend des Urlaubs erhielten wir Tipps und Infos und konnten uns jederzeit mit Fragen an Sara wenden. Strand, Einkaufsmรถglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fusslรคufig erreichbar (10-15 Min). Auch das Zentrum von Bibione ist zu FuรŸ gut erreichbar (~20 min.). Wir kommen im nรคchsten Jahr gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist schรถn eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Vom Toaster bis zu Kerzen und Waschmittel... Das Bad ist etwas eng, aber ansonsten ist die Wohnung mit Terasse super geeignet, um auszuspannen!

Es ist alles wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation lief perfekt und wir haben nichts vermisst, um eine erholsame und sehr schรถne Urlaubswoche dort zu verbringen :-) Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Perfekter Strandurlaub in Orange

Der Check-In war problemfrei mรถglich. Der Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus. Man betritt das Haus direkt in der Kรผche. Hier ist quasi alles vorhanden. Leider war das Geschirr von den Vormietern nicht immer einwandfrei gespรผlt worden. Die Kรผche ist landestypisch sehr klein. Zu zweit sollte man sich dort nicht aufhalten. Ablageflรคche fรผr Schuhe und Jacken gibt es leider nicht. Der Wohnbereich ist wie auf den Bildern. Das Sofa ist gemรผtlich, allerdings fรผr mehr als 3 Erwachsene einfach zu klein^. Unterm Sofa lag viel Staub. Sonst war alles sauber. Es sind viele Spiele vorhanden. Der Fernseher hat alle gรคngigen deutschen Sender eingespeichert. Das Bad ist zweckmรครŸig eingerichtet mit Toilette, Bidet, Waschbecken und Dusche. Ablageflรคche ist ausreichend vorhanden. Die Dusche ist recht klein, aber ausreichend. Der Duschkopf ist neu. Die Duschkabine ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. รœber die Treppe (die relativ laut knarckst) geht es nach oben. Dort sind die 2 Schlafzimmer. Das Elternschlafz. ist hell und groรŸ. Das Bett war 1,60 m. Also vรถllig ausreichend zu zweit. Die Schrรคnke waren alle sauber und boten genรผgend Platz. Das Kinderz. war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, ziemlich schmal und dunkel. Die Metallbetten knarcksen leider auch sehr laut. Elektrische Rollรคden gibt es รผberall. Der Pool ist fade. Brauchten wir nicht. Fahrrรคder und Grill haben wir nicht genutzt. Zur City braucht man 20 Min zu FuรŸ, zum Strand rd. 7. Restaurants gibt es in 5 Min zu FuรŸ.

Die Wohnung ist klein und รผberschaubar, fรผr unsere 7 kรถpfige Familie war es teilweise etwas eng aber es war okay. Bis zum Strand sind es nur ein paar hundert Meter FuรŸweg, die selbst die kleineren problemlos gemeistert haben. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter/in war immer schnell und problemlos ๐Ÿ‘

Kann man wiederholen

GUT Wie angegeben war wirklich ALLES in der Kรผche vorhanden + Willkommensgetrรคnk. Betten gut ( Achtung ! 1x schmales Doppelbett und 2x2 Stockbetten ) Die zum FH gehรถrenden Fahrrรคder sind allerdings eine Katastrophe : alt, verrostet und die Reifen sehr porรถs, der Sattel nicht verstellbar, also unbequem und ungepflegt. Neue im Laden vor Ort kosten ca. 250 โ‚ฌ, da kรถnnte man den Mietern eine Freude mit machen. Der Pool der Anlage wird komplett von Kindern besetzt und die Hรคuser sind eng beieinander, bei nรคchtlichen Treffen auf der Terrasse hรถrt man jedes Wort, oder zumindest laute Stimmen.

Perfekter Urlaub

2 Wochen Urlaub mit Kleinkind und doch zu kurz :-) Sara, Francesco und Michele haben fรผr eine perfekten Start und Check-in gesorgt. Das Haus ist super und alles vorhanden was man eben so fรผr eine Urlaub benรถtigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefรผhlt hier. Mit dem Rad hat man in kurzer Zeit frische Brรถtchen, Pizza oder Einkauf auf dem Tisch :-) Nebenbei bekommt man noch Infos wann Markttage sind, oder Fragen werden beantwortet. Der Pool ist super und das Meer nicht weit weck. Kurzum: Wir haben es sehr genossen und nichts vermisst :-) Vielen Dank nochmal fรผr die tolle Zeit!!

We had a great time in that house. The beds were good. The bedroom was also clean and enough for our family. We have missed some towels for the kitchen. Also could be better the lights in the evening like something to dimm or a lower light. Itโ€™s also time to put some Moskito net on the windows

Bibione im Februar - gut versorgt

Wir wurden von Sara und Francesco sehr freundlich empfangen und auch zwischenzeitlich betreut, die vorherige Absprache via WhatsApp problemlos. Das Haus wurde uns blitzsauber รผbergeben und entspricht insgesamt genau den Fotos, allerdings ist die gesamte Siedlung inmitten hoher Pinien und der Jahreszeit (Februar) entsprechend kahl. Wer es orange mag, wird bis hin zum Gummimambo und Fahrradkorb mit viel Liebe zum Detail versorgt! Die Kรผchenausstattung ist so ziemlich durchgehend wie das Mobiliar von IKEA. Die Matratzen waren prima, und die Heizung schafft zusammen mit dem Pelletsofen eine zwar ziemlich gerรคuschvolle, aber wohlige Wรคrme, die wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt auch brauchten! TV und WiFi haben sehr gut funktioniert wie eigentlich alles. Wer die Ruhe und den morbiden Charme von Bibione im Februar schรคtzt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben!

Michele, Sara und Francesco sind sehr freundlich und unterstรผtzen gerne in jeder Art und Weise.
