Room was clean, staff always happy and helpful. Buffet is small but always found something to eat. Fresh made omelets every morning. Convenient location and close to 7-11 and Chudraui. Easy to get taxi at taxi spot in parking lot. Very relaxed atmosphere. Would stay again.

Room was clean. Staff was very nice and attentive. Food was good. Nice long beach, unfortunately the seaweed was bad. Staff worked very hard trying to keep it under control.Pools were very clean, but cold. Overall, this is a nice resort and we would come back.

We had an excellent stay at Kippal and would return again. The condo was very clean and spacious for 2 adults. Rooms were clean. Bathroom although clean had a bad smell. Good location in a residential area but within easy walking distance of San Miguel Fairly well equipped kitchen, however cupboard space was lacking.
