“Kamer was schoon alleen bij open maken van de badkamer zat de wc ertegen aan. Airco was luidruchtig. Onze kamer lag achter het gebouw. Eerder een perseelskamer dan een gastenverblijf. Restaurant Bistro was goed, ontbijt netjes en lekker. Zwembad aanwezig. Lange laan om bij receptie te melden. Jammer van de tenten voor bij ingang landgoed, past niet bij de accommodatie. Verder is het een bijzondere locatie, maar boek niet de kamers van 30m2. Boek minimaal de 60m2 kamer”

“Excellent experience! High recommended!”

“La struttura è impeccabile: pulizia eccellente, ambienti curati e confortevoli. La pace e la tranquillità della posizione in cui si trova la casa permette assoluto relax. Comodo parcheggio. I padroni di casa sono molto gentili e disponibili. Torneremo sicuramente e la consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno rilassante. Roberto ”

“P. Buonaccorsi is a unique property that is centrally located in San Gimignano. It is well maintained and restored and a very beautiful residence. Senora and Bianca were perfect hosts. The town was perfectly located in Tuscany and within easy day-trips to Florence, Siena, and Massa Marittima.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this small apartment in San Gimignano. The apartment was very clean, had beautiful views, and the location was excellent for exploring the town on foot. The views were especially lovely and made the stay feel very special.A couple small things to note: the apartment was a bit dark inside, but since we spent most of our time out enjoying the area, it wasn’t a major issue for us. We also discovered after fully loading the dishwasher following a chef-prepared meal that it was……

“I can’t remember her name but the lady at Check in was fantastic. She gave us suggestions for things to do, places to eat. We did what she said and it was awesome. Thank you!! The apartment also was perfect!!”

“Nicola’s property was amazing. What a beautiful way to spend a week in Tuscany with family. The location was ideal to do day trips to Florence, San Gimignano, Siena, and more. We stayed in the 2bed/2bath unit and it was perfect for our family of 4. Charming architecture, beautiful views, and essential amenities provided. Had the opportunity to use the pool, go jogging, and visit the local town of Montespertoli. Nicola was the best- very warm welcome, very communicative, very helpful, and……

“Really convenient location, not crowded at all since it’s not in the center of the city. Everything is close and easy to walk to! The room itself was very clean with two AC units that kept everything a nice temperature. Just be careful going up and down the stairs as they are quite steep and narrow.”

“Very close to the famous duomo. PRO: lots of restaurants nearby and tons of shops. You can easily just go to a restaurant in front of the place and see the duomo. There is a washer and lots of hangers which is convenient if you are staying a few days. Shampoo and soup are provided as well as towels. Bed is big. Living room area is decent and kitchen is well stocked. CON: trouble with check in because of communication problems, i waited an hour outside. Make sure to add their WhatsApp, it's……

“Great host, amazing location!”
