“The rooms are basic but really good. Just need stronger fans as it was very humid. But the people and the place is amazing. Our tour was excellent, the local crew who took us for the crew were the best. The food served in an island was one of the best we ate. Also the food served at the resort was by far the best we ate. ”

“The hotel overbooked and tried to move us to another place across the street. We were already at the lobby, but they still wanted to give our room to other guests who hadn’t arrived yet. We had confirmed all the booking details through email before the trip, including the room type. In the end, the four-person room we booked was changed to two double rooms. The staff at the front desk was emotional and said this was the best they could do. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I don’t recommend……

“We had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and our kids absolutely loved spending time in the pool. Breakfast offered a good variety each day, which we appreciated. “地理位置离镇上有点远，但是非常方便，因为宾馆配有免费突突车送去镇上，基本随叫随到。回宾馆只用出回来的突突车费用。反而比住在镇上的宾馆在路上耽误的时间少。宾馆的硬件不是最新的，但是不影响使用。服务人员非常热情。唯一不好的是宾馆关上房间门就完全没有wifi信号，必须在门口上网”

“Incredible stay at BacuaBay, we stayed in the presidential suite with a family of 5 (2 adults 3 teenagers) and it was immaculate, very roomy, to spread out and very comfortable. Clean great bathrooms and pool is awesome and huge! The gardens are beautiful with jetty and a bar on the jetty, we loved our stay here. Staff could not be more helpful and friendl.”
