"This is by far the best hotel in Cartagena, Bocagrande area. It’s secured and well maintained. Great buffet breakfast. If I had any complaints, is that the elevators were a little slow but it was due to high occupancy, but not really an issue. Highly recommend. "

Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety and fresh options each morning. The swimming pools were also a highlight—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, a great place to stay. "Nuestra estadía en el Hotel Estelar Cartagena fue una experiencia excelente. Desde el momento en que llegamos todo fue perfecto. Nuestra habitación tenía una vista espectacular al mar, lo que hizo la estancia aún más especial. El área del lobby es hermosa y muy elegante, y la piscina con esa vista al mar simplemente increíble. Es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de Cartagena. Pero sin duda lo mejor de todo fue el servicio. Todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Raúl, Alfonso, Juan y Mildreth por todas sus atenciones y por hacer nuestra experiencia aún más especial. ¡Definitivamente volveríamos!"

"Me sentí muy incómoda porque al llegar me hicieron un downgrade de la habitacion y simplemente me dijeron que eso es lo que había, mas o menos qje de malas. Servicio al cliente bien precario. Logré al final lo que me merecía pero habria preferido desde el principio que me trataran como corresponde tratar a un cliente"
