「First and foremost, the place is ultra-clean. The owner livers on the premises and is very friendly and professional, willing to help (i.e. like finding a taxi). 」

「The place is clean nicely renovated yet the back up generator are not good the lights went off in 1 day 3 times lasting 6 to 8 min each time. Which was a bit foe me compared to other resorts, lights would be off in DR and you wouldn't even notice. The Food option is very limited. Its a nice welcoming place the staff are great yet these factors made a negative impact to my stay. 」

「Muy mala experiencia en el hotel, la habitación que mostraron en la app no fue nada que ver con la que me dieron, no había agua caliente, las condiciones de la regadera en mal estado, la caja fuerte en el piso a un lado de la cama, la pantalla jamás se conectó a la red (no pudimos ver nada) la alberca no servía, el desayuno supuestamente venía incluido y no hubo nada, la recepción en mal estado, en general las condiciones son malas. 「Arrived at the hotel to only be told they have no reservations for me. After showing my confirmation email and credit card charge the front desk called the owner who said she was far away and there was nothing she could do since the unit was occupied already. After leaving embarrassed as other customers waited I found accommodation elsewhere. 45 minutes later I received a call asking me to return there was a mistake at the front desk and my reservations are found. Needless to say I did not...

「Beautiful Property, Not a True Luxury Experience At $1,500+ per night, the expectation is a seamless luxury experience. Casa de Campo is visually beautiful, but service and value did not match the price. Check-in required a 25+ minute wait for a “concierge check-in”, while 2 front desk agents remained unoccupied, yet there was no meaningful property overview or proactive assistance. The room was standard at best and consistently humid. We had booked expecting a hot tub, but only select rooms...
