The property also counts with a large dock, perfect to sunbathe, swim and snorkel under, and even fish from!
The hustle and bustle of San Pedro is only three-and-a-half miles away from home, making it quick and easy to pop downtown for some shopping and dining. Once you get home, you have plenty of perks to help you unwind - you can take in the ocean air from the nearby docks, or relax on the beach with your favorite book. Don't forget about the pool, which are shared only with any guests staying in the upper level of this two-section rental.
This home for six is actually the lower level of a larger home, View the Blue. The upper level of this home is also rentable and sleeps four guests comfortably, bringing the total capacity of the villa to 10 and we can add a couple of twin mattresses if needed to raise the occupancy to 12. Take one last look at the swaying palms and shining ocean waters before you head inside. Bright blues and whites, along with plenty of natural light from the windows, give you a relaxing atmosphere. Admire the artwork and decorations on the nearby bookshelves as you relax on the sofa and armchairs of the living room. Between full wireless internet access and cable on the flatscreen TVs, you're sure to stay entertained!
The kitchen is nice and homey, with wood cabinets and countertops providing all the appliances and dishware you need for a delicious meal. Dine indoors at the window-side breakfast bar for three, or at the nearby table for four. Don't forget about the grill! Head outside for a barbecue on the beach!
Three bedrooms allow a maximum of six guests to stay at once. The first large bedroom has two twin-size beds and a private en suite bath. The first bedroom has a separate entrance. The second and third bedrooms each share a full bath. The first room has a queen-size bed, while the second has a double-size bed and a twin-size bed. Freshen up in the half-bath, or indulge in a soothing shower in either of the full bathrooms before you head out for the day.
Thanks to its fantastic location at the southern tip of Ambergris Caye, you have quick, easy access to incredible sailing, scuba, and snorkeling opportunities - just head into town and shop around. A must is the Hol Chan Marine Reserve, the best-known snorkeling spot in Belize! On top of the gorgeous coral, divers and swimmers can admire the abundant marine life as they swim!
