This place is amazing! San Pedro and Oceans Edge are a absolute gem! It's a little out of town however personally I love that! Away from all of the craziness! A couple of restaurants really close! Stax is fun and so is the owner with his 2 dogs Ji.my and Hazel! Ester is the absolute best! She booked preymuch every thing for us including our ride to and from the airport! Thank you and see you next year!

Ester went above and beyond in making sure we had rides arranged from the airport and all needs taken care of. I had thought I had golf carts reserved and at the last minute realized I never confirmed them and the company was not able to fulfill my reservation. Ester was able to secure two golfcarts and have them at the condo when we arrived. She really made the trip run smoothly and was always available to answer any questions. The accommodations were perfect! Quiet, clean, comfortable beds, no complaints from our group of six!

Great stay at Ocean's Edge

This is a beautiful property that was quiet, clean, and well stocked. It felt very safe, with a security guard present at night. Ester was helpful in booking anything you could possibly want (chefs, massages, excursions, transportation), and the groundskeepers made sure everything was immaculate outside. Our family of 6 (including four 18-year-olds celebrating graduation) was very comfortable there. We did experience some power outages that occurred across the entire island, but thankfully, they weren't for very long. As far as the location goes, it is about 15 minutes south of town down an unpaved road. I liked that it was away from the hustle and bustle, but you will have to take a golf cart ride to get to restaurants and shops. Bring casual clothes as it is very hot and dusty, so you will not look "picture perfect" once you arrive in town. I'd also suggest packing lots of snacks (especially if you're on a specific diet) as options are pretty limited in stores and very expensive (if you're looking for American brands).

VRBO mistake

I Have not stayed at this property yet . VRBO made a Booking error and Canceled the resurvation . We were told It was canceled directly by VRBO . We booked a new unit only To Find out the day before we left there still was a Booking at this unit . The property managers were amazing and help move my Rwsuvation to later In the year when we can Travel again . VRBO was no help On there end with the mistake . I am grateful to the property owner and Manager for taking such great care of me in this stressful situation. I did view three properties at this unit all were Amazing

Oceans Edge is a beautiful property right on the Ocean with a pool. Very clean and spacious for the five in our party , with all the amenities. The staff was courteous, considerate, and most attentive to our needs. Would definitely go back.

Wonderful Time

My family and I had a wonderful time at Boca Ciega. Coming back to Ambergris Caye after 14 years was an amazing experience. The very tastefully decorated condo was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Our location on the main floor in front of the pool was the best spot! We could walk straight out to the beach, pool and dock where we spent a lot of our afternoons. We swam off the dock and even saw a nurse shark that came to visit along with various fish and stingrays. We visited secret beach which was amazing swimmable clear blue ocean and my family went snorkeling and fishing. Ester is so wonderful to work with and arranged all of our excursions, restaurant reservations, golf cart and taxi's along with our flight reservations to Belize City. Amazing service and place to visit. We will definitely return. Thank you again!

We just had a fantastic stay at Ocean’s Edge! The condo is very spacious, clean, and everything is in working order. It is in a nice quiet southern part of the island with very easy access to San Pedro. The kitchen is fully stocked and was perfect for having someone come in to cook for us. Ester, the property manager, was extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating. She was easy to reach and arranged a tour on the mainland and dinner reservations for us. We were very happy with our choice to stay at Ocean’s Edge and would happily return.

Amazing Family Vacation

We loved our stay at Ocean’s Edge 1B. The condo is perfect for families. The rooms are all decorated so cute! Very clean and plenty of room. The kitchen is stocked with essentials to cook or bake sweet treats if you don’t want to go into town. The condo has movies, games, and lots of cool puzzles. The beach and pool are just steps away from the porch. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards that are provided. I enjoyed the beach view while drinking my morning coffee on the porch. George ours views! The management company does a great job taking care of any needs you may have while visiting. They provided a pack and be play for our 1 yr old which kept us from having to travel with more stuff. They also coordinated golf cart rentals for our stay. Very responsive staff! The condo also has a list of recommendations for great restaurants and excursions. We tried many of their suggested restaurants and also took a snorkeling trip with David from “Backwater Belize” and loved it!! We can’t wait for our next stay in San Pedro Belize and drinking a cup of coffee on the porch of 1B
