Great house - responsive team

Had a wonderful stay. Thr location is good - sits between the town and Secret Beach. House is more beautiful in person. Plenty of room for 8 both inside and out. The on property support is amazing - requests were responded to within minutes.

Worth every penny!!

The house is gorgeous and every need we had was attended to. Danny lives on property and was extremely helpful for anything we needed. The taxi to/from the airport was arranged through the house and always on time. Golf carts were delivered on time. The house includes bottled water. We felt safe and you can’t beat the view. 10/10. Property owners were very responsive to any question. We will definitely book, again, next time we come to Belize. Thank you!!

Well managed property!

Sunrise property managed to schedule our outings and set us up with fishing and snorkeling even with poor weather during our stay they were understanding if we wanted to see what the weather would do. We were able to rent the golf cart which is needed for this island and we did grocery shopping and ate out when we could. We did enjoy hanging out at Secret Beach near by which had some great food and the kids could snorkel there and do the waterplayground there since it was much calmer on that side of the island versus the beach area directly in front of Casa Bomba due to windy weather. Only issue wehad was getting locked out by the code and not sure why my code didn't work anymore but an actual house was also given for us to lock up. Wifi and all amenities are there working great.

Felt like home

The villa was located conveniently between downtown San Pedro and the northern part of the island. It was beautiful, just like in the photos. The area was quiet and near a pier.

Awesome place!!!

This place was even better than the pics!! Every aspect of this place was wonderful! Top shelf service. Beach was beautifully taken care of . Kayaks were fun and we went right out to reef. The bikes were fun and you must use them in an adventure day. If you are a ‘newby to Belize, relax and enjoy the slow pace. Everyone here is very friendly and very helpful!

Great Stay!

Perfect place to enjoy Belize

We had an amazing stay at this villa. It was really spacious (even has a desk where my husband could remote work with fast WiFi) . It was very clean and communication with the property manager was easy with fast replies to any question. The property manager helps you arrange COVID tests, flights, a golf cart and anything else you need. They make it so easy. The location was great. Not too far out of San Pedro but quiet and easy enough to get into town for restaurants. We highly recommend this villa and location.

2 Young families in November

In November, my family and a friend's stayed at Solaria Villa II. Kids were agreed 9, 3 and 1- this Villa was a very kid friendly Villa. With a short drive into San Pedro it was easy to get in and out of town for supplies and excursions. Simon and the team at Sunrise Property Management were nothing short of amazing.- if we had a question are a request they were quickly on it! They made sure it was a vacation of a life time. We are already talking about coming back. Thank you Simon and team!

From the time I arrived in San Pedro, the property manager and on-site worker, Candido were nothing but a phone call away. Candido was very helpful and made my stay very comfortable. Solaria villa is such a beautiful property. The views are emmmacable and give you a euphoric feeling. The house was very spacious, clean, and a what you’d think of when looking for a vacation home. Right in the backyard you have a nice pool, beach to swim, and a dock to fish on. If you would like to go into town it is only a 15 minute drive. The location was perfect! I am coming back again and stay at the solaria villas.

From Simon and his staff booking everything for us and answering ALL the questions before and during our trip to the caretaker Candido making sure we were taken care of in every way, it was simply spectacular. The villa is in a nice quiet location that is far enough off the beaten path but still close enough to enjoy the island. It is super clean, huge and has a great layout for a group with en suites in every bedroom. The common areas are well-maintained and set up for fun with the pool, beach games and kayaks. All of the recommendations for excursions and the chef who made us our favorite meal of the trip at the villa were spot-on. You can't go wrong booking Solaria Villas! We can't wait to go back. Our favorite restaurants were: Tipsy Lobster, Sol, Rum Dog, Marbucks and the Truck Stop. The drop-in yoga class at Ak'Bol was terrific. Diving with Amigos Del Mar highly rated. Golf cart rental Simon set up was also easy with delivery to the villa.

Solaria Villas, Casa Bomba was the best!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My brother's family and my family met here is Belize for a Christmas holiday vacation. We were met by "Chili" the caretaker at Solaria Villas, Casa Bomba upon our arrival. The photos did not do justice to this magnificent home on the sea. The home offered so much. It was clean, the bathrooms were beautiful, the kitchen has absolutely everything we needed for our weeks stay. The woodwork in the home was spectacular. The outdoor space was incredible. The view from the home looked over the beauty of the Caribbean Sea. The common pool area was great. There were plenty of cushioned chairs by to pool and on the beach. Chili kept the pool area and the beach clean. Or favorite part of the beach were the hammock place over the water. We worked with Simon at Sunrise Properties to book this vacation. He took care of everything: air travel to Ambergris Cay, taxi ride to and from the airport to the villa, and golf carts were waiting for us at the house upon arrival. Elana took care of our excursions: massages at the house, snorkeling and fishing. There was a hiccup with the fishing trip. We reached out to Simon and the issue was remedied within minutes. The Guide App they provided was a godsend. Anything and everything about the island, home, excursions, restaurants etc. was right at our fingertips! This was truly an amazing vacation for our families. We will be back to Villa Solaia, Casa Bomba again!

Beautiful Unique Large Villa with Pool and Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a long week with 8 adults. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space yet all be together. The view from each room is amazing and so many great porches to hang out from. The pictures of this place do not capture the great beaty of the views and of the house, it is truly an amazing place and very well taken care of. The location for us was perfect. It is a little north of San Pedro so you are out of the busy streets but close enough to get their quickly on the golf cart. There are a lot of places nearby and within walking distance. Right next door is Coco Cabana that is a friendly beach bar with great drinks and great food, this is a great place for happy hour or that afternoon cocktail after a day on the water. What a great treat to have this right next door. On the other side is O with more upscale food and drinks. You can take the kayaks out directly from the house to the reef to snorkle, this was a huge hit and highlight of the house. Relaxing poolside is another must. There are so many places to explore from this location with Secret Beach, several great resorts north of the location with amazing restaurants and then endless great beach bars along the trek back to San Pedro. Getting groceries is not an issue, upon arrival they will take you to get supplies and then you can have more delivered. The grounds crew are there around the clock for anything you need and Simon is amazing and extremely responsive to help with anything that comes up. I would absolutely stay here again.

They both where very quick to respond to email’s before and during our trip. By far the best property management company on the island. When you book your stay you get access to a link that shows tons of stuff to do on the island. Best part it shows you how to get there via google maps. Absolutely Perfect!

Everything was perfect!! Highly, highly recommend! The house and the staff were amazing. The house is beautiful, in a great location & comes fully equip with everything you might possibly need! The on-site staff were so kind & helpful. Simon was very knowledgeable and helped me coordinate our travel, excursions, and golf cart rentals for all 8 family members.
