We found out last minute that Expedia had overbooked the property so we were left without accommodations for multiple hours on each day. Luxury Atitlan did its ultimate best to accommodate our stay. We would love to hear back from Expedia as we were forced to move on four separate occasions. One particular night was completely off-site and was not comparable to what the nightly cost was.

The property was very dirty, stains on the walls, curtains and bedding. Spiders on the bed. Dead flies and crawling roaches. The water was cold. Holes in the windows that lets insects in.
