I stayed here for 2 weeks for a work trip with my 2 dogs. It was a happy, cozy spot for the 3 of us. The internet was fast enough for me to manage zoom calls easily. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials and I was able to cook easily. The neighborhood was really peaceful and the dogs and I had some lovely walks.

Amazing!!!!

Such a beautiful private property, amenities were amazing and such a smooth process for check-in and check-out. The room definitely could’ve been cleaner, especially the kitchen and bathroom, but nothing major. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and anticipate coming back soon!

The home was clean and as advertised. Getting into the house was difficult as the directions weren't clear and it was hard to get ahold of the property manager, but there was a glitch with the phone line. Once that was resolved, he was able to help get us into the property and the rest of the time was great. Clean and cute.

Great little spot!

This is a cute/romantic little place that sleeps 2 comfortably. We loved the jacuzzi & sauna, and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. Lots of nice plants on the back patio, with a table and bench. Theres a beautiful tree growing over the house in the backyard and you can see through the skylight over the bed.This place was a steal for under 400 for two nights in our opinion. Has its expected flaws like a bathroom fan that badly needs replacing, but at the price we were very happy with the amenities!

Solid, lowkey place

The space was nice. Central to everything we wanted to do. Small interior, but as expected. Outside space also small, but relaxing. Quiet residential neighborhood.

A so so experience

Directions were very detailed and well communicated. The vibe I got from driving up in the property was very sketchy. Not a well maintained esthetic property. We did love the two massage chairs that were in the room. The bathrooms toilet and showers were clean. The floors did need to be swept. The counters in the kitchenette could have used a good wipe down before we arrived. We enjoyed the hot tub! I guess we were talking jwith raised voices because we did get a pounding on a wall which I believe was ment to be a warning. Granted it was after 10pm I totally understand. Honestly didn’t think it was necessary it was just two people talking. One of the drawbacks for having the owner living at the VRBO property.

Comfortable and convenient

The rental is centrally located. We went to Mill Valley, Sausalito, Muir Woods. No destination was over 30 minutes.The room is clean. The bed comfortable. We come to this area several times a year. We will stay here as often as possible.

A fairly nice place to stay

Overall I would recommend this place.Highlights included the location and hot tub, while the proximity to the owner was unexpected.The place is very close to several hiking areas, parks etc so for a little vacation with my dog it was perfect. It was also a quick drive to some restaurants and coffee shops so overall, prime location for what I was looking for. I thought the hot tub and massage chair were great as well.The apartment was fairly clean except the bathroom sink and some of the dishes were dirty or splotchy. The check in process was quite odd, but not sure if it’s standard for Vrbo. he had me call him the day before but only explained what he’d already sent me in the message. It was quite a lengthy message but there were some bits of info (like operating the hot tub) that I felt were left out. I don’t prefer for rental owners to have my personal number so the calling ahead wasn’t ideal for me.I will note that this is very much attached to the owners home, like they added an addition/built out an old garage. It is a separate entrance and I didn’t have to interact with the owner at all. But you can definitely hear them coming and going or moving around in their home. Every time they entered their gate it sounded like someone was coming into this place’s yard, which did spook my dog and I a few times. The neighborhood was nice but there are very few streetlights so bring a flashlight if you need to walk a dog in the evening.A nice space for 1-2 people.
