「This is a really excellent property. The house is spacious, cool even in August and very quiet both in the day and the night. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. The views are incredible and the pool and outside eating area are better than the photos look. There is a nice BBQ which had plenty of gas. The only thing to be wary of is the very steep and narrow road up to the house. It is better to have a smaller car! 」

「Nice and clean. Rustic house with a cosy jacuzzi. You have a 20 minute car ride up the mountains. It's super quiet up there, if you want some piece. 50 minute car ride to Lucca, beautiful city, not to miss out. Landlord was very nice and courteous」

「We had a wonderful stay with Massimo, very clean and all was great. A beautiful view around the region with seasight as well as the big mountains. The house was clean and big eniugh to suit the 4 of us. With the 2 persons bed below and a bed above in the same room you can have 3 people in 1 room. The smaller room with the smaller bed has the place for a forth person.The pizzaoven is great, and having a decent washing machine is a must for a family. Well worth the stay!With Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio...
