Cozy and comfortable home

This secure and comfty home is a fully furnished rental located in a private, safe neighborhood and offers easy access to Pharmacies, salons, bakeries, pupuserias, sale of dairy and local food vendors within walking distance of the Residencial. It has easy access to the airport, thru Rancho Navarra. 5 minutes from the cuscatlán stadium and 10 minutes from Santa Elena and US embassy. There are two big supermarkets, near by. Two covered parking spaces are provided. The house has a well equiped kitchen. Hot water, a small but lovely patio with a BBQ pit for guest enjoyment. WiFi included, washer and dryer in the house for your convenience, Cable TV, also a DVD and many movies to choose from. The house is pretty cool, still there are fans in every room of the house . I hope you enjoy your stay.

The home is a two story with no safety guards for children…please be fully aware not all details are on the listing. All rooms are on the second floor. One of the bedrooms does not have a fan. Certain areas of the home were also unclean. The owners of this home are not necessarily helpful. If you have children under 4 traveling with you here please do not risk coming to this location. My 2 yr old almost fell down the stairs twice and after speaking to the owner of the home they refused to give me any type of refund even after immediately vacating the property. The location wasn’t necessarily in a great area.

The pictures from the house are somewhat accurate but kinda old. Some things are shaky ready to fall off. My main issue there was the the smell and the bugs. It had a strong smell to humid and all kinds of bugs. It is cheap for a reason.. commutation with owner was also poor, they made feel like I was the host and they were the customers. You’re warned
