This place was great, the instructions are clear, follow them and you won’t have an issue; feedback: there’s no air conditioning in the leaving room and it gets warm in the afternoon, I’d suggest to allow to cool off the living room too, as it’d make it comfortable for anyone working in the leaving room. Its got a washer and dryer, we had to get our soap, no that big of a deal. Overall, it’s convenient, safe and I’d highly recommend this place; for me it’s a 9 out of ten, as the AC to the living room and it’s a solid 10.

Super cool stay.

Alvaro the manager, was easy to contact, the amenities are more than I expected, great parking spaces, wifi, A/C, washer and dryer, lots of natural light and lovely view of the city, minutes walk to convenient stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. Alvaro made sure we had coffee at all times, very cordial and great hostess.

Vacation

The check in process and communication with property manager was great. However as it was reported on previous reviews, the tenant upstairs makes a lot of noise early morning and night, the unit didn’t have enough towels and out of 4 towels only one was decent so they need to buy better ones. There were ants in some areas and we did not use the kitchen at all. Place is close to everything so location is good. Overall it was ok stay.

The view is amazing, it’s very peaceful. If you are a light sleeper then the people upstairs may bother you with their noise early in the morning. The only downfall is the masters room bed is a tad bit hard not to my tea and there isn’t really any restaurant or shops walking distance. But overall I enjoyed my stay.
