"Well worth the extra cost to get a Penthouse Terrace room with wide views across La Concha bay. Easy 5-10 minute stroll to the old town for unlimited Pintxos choices. Walkable the other way down the promenade to the funicular station and wind chime sculptures."

"We found the location was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable. Where the hotel fell short was not having coffee available in the lobby. We did use the parking garage. It was very tight and you had to use the same ramp to enter and exit which made for a stressful trip up and down. Of the 3 times we exited, the light which signaled for oncoming traffic did not come on 2 of those times. When the garage door opened there was another vehicle on the other side. "

"Wonderful stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and close to city sites at an affordable price. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a great coffee and chocolate machine that serves really delicious drinks."

"We had a beautiful view from our very comfortable room. Easy walk into San Sebastian. Also bus stop nearby. Definitely not a 2 star hotel. I highly recommend. Easy parking. Great customer service."

"Nice hotel, clean , pleasant with nice views. Staff accused me of double booking, we informed the front desk that we may stay 2 nights but will decide later, but he booked us while I booked later on Expedia. At check out the lady accused us of double booking and they lost the customer, how rude to accuse the customer for their incompetence. "

"Clean, basic room. Comfortable bed, great blackout curtains. Bathroom was very clean with a large shower. Staff was friendly. Great location, easily walkable to the beach, tons of really good bars/restaurants and shopping. The heater was an old radiator that wasn’t the best but not a big deal at all. Excellent value."

"The hotel has a good location the service was ok.. I made a reservation for queen bed I got 2 twins I ask at the front desk for a room with queen they didn’t have.. the twins was small bed we had to put two twins to get a larger bed.. this is strange.. the service is ok but the location is great.."
