Enjoy a pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment located on the first floor of a classic building on Urbieta Street, in the heart of San Sebastián. Its unbeatable location, just a few steps from the Cathedral of the Good Shepherd and 200 metres from La Concha beach, makes it the perfect accommodation for both couples and business trips.



The building has a lift at ground level (60 x 122 cm), which allows comfortable and barrier-free access from the street. To access the interior of the apartment, you need to climb a small step.



The interior offers a bright, modern and comfortable atmosphere. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a spacious shower tray and a fully equipped independent kitchen, which includes a high table ideal for breakfasts or informal meals. The living-dining room, decorated with a current and welcoming style, features a decorative fireplace that provides a warm and elegant touch. Both the living room and the bedroom open onto a running balcony that connects both spaces, with views of Urbieta street.



Among its equipment, individual gas heating, free Wi-Fi, and furniture designed to ensure maximum comfort during the stay stand out.

Super Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt mitten im besten Stadtzentrum und nur ca. 7 Minuten vom Strand La Concha entfernt. Die Wohnung ist für ein Paar perfekt, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer ist jedoch oberhalb einer Straße, die laut ist wegen Müllabfuhr und Bushaltestelle und Verkehr.
