This is a very modern and nice place located in an upscale part of town with 15 min walking distance to the bus station, 20 min walk to the histric district, and minutes walk to a nice café. I will certainly go back to this place in a future trip. Thank you very much.

Good location, modern

This property is walking distance to all attractions with a supermarket very close. Quiet with exception of pickleball court. If you purchase parking be sure to get space number! Well appointed with everything you might need .

Ideal für eine Städtereise nach San Sebastian

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung. Sehr gute Betten. Die Einrichtung ist komplett und alles ist sehr sauber. Für zwei Personen ideal. Die Lage ist ideal in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Aber alles, Strand, Innenstadt, Sehenswürdigkeiten und tolle Restaurants, sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Eigentlich nichts. Uns hat nur eine Teekanne gefehlt, die wir aber gekauft haben. Die Wassergläser könnten mal ersetzt werden.

Apartamento totalmente equipado, muy buena ubicación y muy cómodo. Hemos estado 1 semana y nos ha encantado todo repetiremos sin ninguna duda, el apartamento es muy comodo y muy bien ubicado ya que se encuentra en pleno centro pero no se escucha nada de ruido. Todo el apartamento en sí muy nuevo y muy cómodo. Otro aspecto a tener en cuenta es lo buen ubicado que se encuentra el parking ya que en todo San Sebastián es muy difícil de aparcar y que puedas reservar un parking y encima en el mismo edificio un 10! Nos ha encantado todo pero para poner alguna pega cambiaría la cama individual ya que si no vas con cuidado pegas a la madera de arriba

I would recommend staying here. Very nice quality & proximity to the center of town to walk. Just a little noisy outside but you can close the windows if need be.

Good location near markets, playgrounds and bust stops. 10 min Walk to beach. Espresso machine with capsules at least for a few days, more bath towels and a smart tv to login to Netflix ect. Also larger bath soup, conditioner/ shampoo for guests staying more than a week.

Great space in a good location

First impression after late arrival was that it was away from the Centro and in a questionable part of town. WE WERE WRONG! It is quietly off the beaten path, but only by 5 minutes and the area is local and safe. Easy walk into the shopping/dining areas of the Centro just down the hill, and easy walk to old town, hiking trails, and La Cancha beach/promenade. Graffiti removal from a building next door would make it more welcoming, but this building is modern, safe, and convenient. The decor is modern with space well-utilized. Everything is planned for guest needs and comfort. Staff is so helpful and office is just a short walk away. Appreciated paper goods provided. With late arrival, would have appreciated a bottle of water as well but that's minor. Kitchen well-stocked. Suggest a cutting board. We considered it a perfect find in San Sebastian for our needs.
