Stunning lake Como

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment, which was just perfect for our family of 5 to relax. The pool is perfect and the views over the lake simply stunning. Gary the owner was on hand to ensure everything ran smoothly, which it did! Highly recommend a stay here.

Great stay!

We had a great time on our trip! Gary was very easy to get a hold of and the view was incredible. The home is very clean and tidy. The location is a little further from Menaggio than anticipated but it was a short 6-8 minute drive!

Hillside apartment near Menaggio

This apartment was a great place to stay while on Lake Como. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Be sure to have a reliable car to get you up all the switchbacks and try to arrive during the day so you can look for all the appropriate landmarks as you find your way.

Beautiful Views

Our host, Gary, was very helpful with driving instructions and information about the area. The apartment's location is perfect for visiting Menaggio and Bellagio. The patio had spectacular views of the snow capped mountains and Lake Como. Enjoyed our stay at Apartment Tulipano!

A Lovely Apartment with everything you need

the Apartment is quite large with a downstairs that has two single beds and a double and its own bathroom , washing machine is down there. upstairs is a lounge , double bed bedroom , bathroom and access to the balcony, kitchen is in lounge area and has microwave , toaster , kettle , all the usuals . you will need a car for sure due to location but it does say that

Surprise birthday weekend for husband

Beautiful property, beautiful location, great views, you will need a car to get around. You can take a short drive to take a ferry across to belligio where you can explore, shop and eat. Fantastic few days. Gary was very helpful if i had any questions he was very prompt at getting back to me, very pleased with the service.

Our stay, with two teenage girls, was lovely. The location was beautiful and within easy driving distance to everything you would want (restaurants, ferries, boat rental, small supermarket). The balcony was nice to sit on in the evening and enjoy a drink. The basement was great for sleeping on hot nights. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked. The check in process was easy. The driving and parking directions are a little tricky but fine once you’ve found the place. It was a great stay and if we were ever back in the area we would stay there again.

Lovely apartment with amazing views

We spent a week in this lovely apartment. It was spotlessly clean and in a beautiful location. The pool was very clean with plenty of sun loungers around it and very often it was just us using it. Balcony was a good size with great views across the lake. Gary was really helpful and responded to queries straight away. Very short walk to a little shop that sold the essentials and a very short drive to nearby restaurants and bars. Can’t think of any negatives. Thank you for a lovely week.

Nice to stay for a few days

The appartement is spacious enough for 4 people. The described furniture/design of the apartment is a bit over rated. No utensils to prepare your diner View from balcony is beautiful! Nice and quiet pool with spectaculair view on the lake. The communication with Gary (owner?) was perfect, however, the person who should have let us in the appartement could not be reached by text message or phone. Bars, restaurants etc. reachable by car only. Good parking. Would recommend the appartement for a couple of days

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, mit Gemeinschaftspool und schönem Blick auf den Comer See. Restaurants sind in näheren Umgebung aber nicht zu Fuß in 10 min. zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation und der Check in und Check out Vorgang waren super easy und der Vermieter antwortet sehr schnell und geht auf alle Fragen ein. Was der Wohnung noch gut stehen würde, sind ein paar hochwertigere Balkonmöbel. Momentan Plastikstühle und Tisch, das raubt ein wenig den Charme. Bootsverleih ist auch im der Nähe und sehr zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Komfortable Wohnung in perfekter Lage und mit absoluter Ruhe

Es war ein außerordentlich schöner Aufenthalt in einer tollen Gegend. Sehr sauber sehr ruhig und super ausgestattet. Der Pool ist zwar ein Gemeinschaftspool und wir waren doch zu 90% allein da. Der Ausblick ist einzigartig und atemberaubend. Das einzige was ich kritisieren muss, ist das die Etage unten sehr nach Schimmel gerochen hat, so dass es für mich unmöglich war dort zu schlafen und wir uns als Familie aufteilen mussten. Das war wirklich sehr schade!

Sehr schöne moderne und saubere Wohnung, toller Blick auf dem See. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. Eine größere Kaffeemaschine/Kanne und ein paar Sitzkissen für die Balkonstühle wäre noch schön gewesen.
