“Couldn't watch tv while we were there. Direct tv was out. Was supposed to get it fixed. Hopefully when we go back, it will be fixed.”

I told the lady at the counter we just want to drop our bags off and we won’t be back until midnight. We were the only people in the whole complex. She said it was policy. Best Western lost a customer for life!!”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Very cute property. Felt very safe and pool and fire pit were great spaces to relax. The boardwalk to beach is fabulous and so convenient. The website led me to believe there was a restaurant on site - there is none but the main office has basics and snacks for sale. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. ”

“The rooms were very clean and staff continually dried the lobby floor allsay and night so nobody woukd trip from the wetness everyone was bringing in from the pool and beach. Staff welcomed us each time we entered the hotel and wished us fun on the beach when they noticed we were headed that way. The pull out bed in one of my rooms was broken and as soon as i let them know, they offered me another room. I did decline the offer cuz my 7 year old and 11 year old boys wanted to sleep on the……

“The location was great. The room was nice/clean however, it was a very nosey hotel. I was on night-shift for a construction site and it was difficult to sleep during the day with the cleaners and other families/children on multiple occasions.”
