"We loved this place! Located about 25 minutes north of the Albuquerque airport (ABQ), the property is just secluded enough to feel completely isolated, but within a 5-minute drive you’re back in civilization for dining, gambling, shopping, etc. The buildings and grounds are very well maintained, and provide a very cool Native America/adobe/Southwestern vibe. Staff were all attentive, polite and professional, and the couple small things we asked of them were dealt with immediately. Food and drinks were a bit pricey, but that’s to be expected. We didn’t really use the amenities, but did walk around and found everything to appear clean and inviting. It’s more or less centrally located in the state, and with a rental car we were able to do White Sands National Park, Carlsbad Caverns, Bandelier National Monument/Taos/Sante Fe and Chaco Canyon, all in 4 days; about 1,850 miles total, but all doable from this location. We wouldn’t hesitate to return, and can recommend Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort without question."
