Staff wasn’t friendly, my room wasn’t in good condition. Found bugs and the walls were marked up. Light cover above the table was dirty and the chairs were wore down. Cheap and poor quality

The beds and pillows were awful. I felt like I was sleeping on a slab of cement and the pillows were like a bag of cement. We couldn't sleep, we decided to leave at 4am and drove home. Never will stay there again.

Good location but too pricey for what you get.
It's okay. Too pricey though for the quality. I liked the fridge and microwave. Bed was okay but clean. Room was kind of musty smelling.

Dirty- over priced.
Hotel is very run down & dirty. There were streaks of stuff all over the walls, the hairdryer was filthy, the towels were so then you could see through them. Staff was extremely unprofessional. This should’ve been a $60 room not $100 room. Would not recommend this place.

An older Inn that could use some updates!
It's definitely an older out dated motel experience. I was qouted $111 total through the app, however apon arriving they hadn't charged my card yet and I ended up paying around $118 which isn’t a huge deal but still strange. My executive director was able to get a much nicer room dang near across the street for $80 out the door. I now know why that hotel was fully booked and i was the only person staying at the INN on a Friday night even with all other Hotels being fully booked! The room was very bare bones for the price but the bed was comfortable and the blankets/sheets/comforter were all very clean! The hot water worked great and the king size bed was plenty big enough evern for me at 6'9" 325#!

It was ok. AC did not work and the bed was hard. For one night wasn't to bad. Needs great upkeeping... Room had a smell of old things or something... maybe almost pet smell.

Crumbs & debris atop a fresh made bed. Whistling water pipes. TV remote wouldn't turn it on or off or volume. Thermostat turned all the way up wouldn't raise temp above 65. Temp also did not go below 64. Light above bed didn't work. I got in late & didn't want the hassle of waiting for all to be made right. I lay on towels and added clothing to stay warm.

Rooms were clean and quiet, adequate for our stay. There's no real decor or extra furniture -- just a kitchen chair instead of a comfy chair, and no desk. But the fridge worked. There was a faint musty or cigarette smell but tolerable. One overhead light kept turning off by itself after 15 mins. Otherwise all was fine. While there's only cereal for breakfast, there's a great diner right across the street.

My room smelled like bug killer my parents had bugs my socks were black by the time we left a spring was stabbing me while I was sleeping the shower had a lovely screech to it the front desk person just seemed like the most miserable human and didn’t want to be there the main office wreaked of cigarettes over all horrible experience where we switched hotels

Manager was pleasant & helpful, but the facility looks very old & rundown, hair in bedsheets, hardwood floor was nice, but ground under was uneven, hardly any furniture, doors open to outside & not a hallway, seems there are not many choices in the area

Horrible Continental breakfast. Worst breakfast I've ever had. Prepackaged donuts were stale, no regular coffee, cereals were all sugar coated and subsitute for orange juice was horrible. No fresh fruits or any thing hot like oatmeal available. Could not even have toast. Doors and trim dirty and in need of paint. TV cable disconnected when we arrived. No chair in room. Unit smelled like smoke. Threshold to entry door elevated approximately 3" and trip hazard.

Less than what you pay for
Tub was clogged and wouldnt drain. TV remote didn't work. Rooms were small and smelled. Barely any outlets. Deadbolt needed repair. Do not recommend for even half the pric we paid!

Not a good experience.
Not a good experience. Room not convenient for a place for personal items in bathroom. Loud, old A/C. Breakfast was a sad choice of food. We will not stay there again. Felt sorry for manager as she is on duty 24 hours for office and does housekeeping also.

Heritage Inn aims to please.
The lady at the desk was very helpful. We checked in at 10 pm. She helped us get the tv remote working. A cord had come loose. She was very cheerful even though it was late and stayed to make sure the cable reset properly before she left.

The room was very loud. You heard every thing. The room smelled like old smoke. The listing said there was a continental breakfast, when I checked, I didn't see any. The check in lady was incredibly friendly and helpful. I did enjoy the stay.

The room looked like it had not been properly deep cleaned in months. There was dirt on the walls, the bathroom had bugs on the floor and there was gross substances on the wall by the toilet. The only clean thing was the bedding but even that made me nervous. Overall, it was not a very cleanly hotel and we will do our best to not stay at this establishment again.

The motel was exactly as pictured in their website. The room was clean and minimalist. Beds were comfortable. Exterior could use some sprucing up and simple landscaping touches would help. Staff person seemed friendly. Safe area.

The room was clean, bed average comfort but that was about all that we found that was good. No lamps, dim ceiling light (bathroom light was good) no furniture table tops to put things. There was a desk and a very small nightstand in the room only. The TV took up the desktop space. There were no hooks in bathroom to hang clothes on while showering. No counter, just the ceramic sink, to hold personal items in the bathroom while fixing yourself up. We paid an average price for the room and felt the room wasn’t worth average.

It was very disappointed with the price I paid for this room. The washing room is very narrow and have no station to put my stuffs. The TV stand and side table are dusty. There is no desk, but a chair was. Nowadays, there should be a desk to to PC work. Oh, Wifi got a "old, not secure" warning. The breakfast was disappointed, I would say poorer than McDonald, actually nothing!!!
