The well equipped kitchen and living area makes it easy to relax, cook, and unwind together after a day out discovering Sandwich and the local area. Upstairs, the king size bedroom provides a peaceful haven for a relaxing nights sleep. A modern shower room completes the space. Parking There are car parks around Sandwich and the neighbouring roads offer 2 hours free parking. You can park in Guild Hall Car park for £12 a day, or you can find 24/7 free parking in St George's Road.

Please note that this is charged at £25 per stay High speed Wi-Fi access throughout Electric heating and a log burner for extra warmth in the cooler months Little ones are welcome, but there is no travel cot or high chair on site. Guests are welcome to bring their own. A starter pack of sundries such as toilet rolls, washing up liquid and hand soaps are provided to get you started, but you may wish to bring more for your self catering holiday - especially if staying for over a week
House Rules We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful home. Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests. Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time. Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house. For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property. No charging of e-scooters or vapes. Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Parties and loud music are not permitted.
