「Overall, the resort is beautiful. I’m not sure if it’s just the culture or if the staff needs additional training in responding to guest requests in a timely fashion. 「I think we knew it was 2 double beds, but it was way too small for 2 adults. The beds were rock hard. A queen with a mattress topper would be great. We needed a light blanket for nighttime, only had a sheet. Kitchen was lacking in what we would consider automatic. We cooked 2 dinners in. No frying pan, had to ask for coffee filters, no plug for the sink, no hot water in the kitchen, no strainer, no cheese grater, no corkscrew, no ice trays and most importantly did not include bottled water....
