"Room was amazing! Hotel staff was always welcoming and very helpful. Beach view was amazing and hotel area was very quiet at night which was amazing. 10/10 would recommend and will absolutely be returning!"

"We rented this location to attend a friend's wedding on Sandy Beach, and the location could not have been better. It is right on the beach which allowed for a few great days of relaxing in the sun. The water does have coral shelfs in the surf line, so you do need to watch where you enter the water. Best spot we found was a couple of houses to the West of our location. There are several places to eat that are within walking distance, and it is a very short 10 minute drive to Rincon to go to a number of other spots. We did have one issue with the generator not kicking on when there was a power outage, but Erica and Ryan were very responsive to us, even though it was after 9pm and got ever working very quickly. Recommend this rental for a great spot to enjoy Rincon."

"The building was beautiful and very clean. The pool was so refreshing and we were usually the only ones using it. The outside shower and the bathrooms by the pool were also a benefit. It was very quiet and we didn’t see our neighbors very often. One building over is a great little restaurant and on the bottom they have a little general store for some minor necessities, which was very helpful. You need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and soap and pods for the washing machine."

"The unit was clean and comfortable. Beach was never overcrowded. Location is great. Grocery and shopping only a short drive away. My family and I had an amazing time.Only 1 downside; no bedding for the sofa bed. I messaged the host and the response was that the unit didn't have a sofa bed. I thought it best not to argue the existence of a bed I was sitting on. We simply purchased sheets and a blanket from the shop next door to the grocery store.Again, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Highly recommend."

"This place is awesome! We wish we could have stayed longer! The rooftop is so great, we spent so much time up there. The condo was well stocked, incredibly clean and just had everything you needed. Just a short walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of beach gear. Can I give this place 10 stars?? Loved it."
