Sehr schöner Urlaub in Spanien

Wir waren Mitte September für zwei Wochen in der tollen Ferienwohnung. Empfangen wurden wir von den netten Eigentümern. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht, wie im beschrieben. Den Pool hatten wir die ganze Zeit zur alleinigen Benutzung. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Une vue Magnifique

Habitué à louer des maisons en Andalousie, nous avons découvert cette région qui est magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Antje qui a été très gentille et de bon conseilles. La maison est comme indiquée sur les photos avec une vue magnifique. Nous avons profité de la piscine qui est parfaite. Bien équipée pour cuisiner Une place de parking abritée est disponible pour garer une voiture en toute sécurité. Il y a des supermarchés a environ 7 km. Pour se déplacer ou faire les courses il faut absolument un véhicule. L'endroit est très calme. Dans le village en contrebas vous pouvez faire des randonnées au milieu des orangers, citronniers et clémentines. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour de 3 semaines dans cette maison et tout était "Parfait". Dès que nous avons nos dates de congés, nous réserverons sûrement au même endroit. Merci a Antje pour son accueil.

TOP Ferienwohnung, TOP Vermieter

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt aufgrund der ruhigen Lage mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf die Berge, das Meer und die benachbarten Städte. Mit einem Auto gibt es im Umkreis von 10 - 30 Km jede Menge zu entdecken (verschiedenste Strände, Höhlen etc.) Durch den Pool direkt an der Terrasse, konnten Mama und Papa den Sonnenuntergang genießen, während die Kinder sich im Pool vergnügen konnten. Für uns steht fest, wir kommen wieder! Vielen Dank an die nette, hilfsbereite Familie Ungemach für dieses schöne Sommermärchen!

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans une maison au calme avec une vue exceptionnelle ! Tout est parfait pour se sentir comme à la maison. Il ne manque rien et tout est bien prévu et organisé pour les « imprévus » Merci à Antje pour son accueil chaleureux, son sourire et sa disponibilité ! Que dire de la piscine… un pur bonheur Je ne peux que recommander cette location ! Certe la voiture est indispensable mais nous le savions et faire 15 à 20 minutes de voiture pour rejoindre dénia n’était pas une contrainte pour nous. Nous y reviendrons certainement avec grand plaisir ! Merci à la famille Ungemach pour sa confiance et pour son sérieux. Endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille. Merci encore Séverine

nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette location sublime très au calme . top pour les familles car la piscine privée est géniale car propre et très grande 8m/4m . une vue superbe car quasi tout en haut de la colline . seul petit bémol, c'est un peu loin de tout, supermarché a 15minutes en voiture et plage a 20 minutes en voiture . merci encore a nos hôtes et surement a bientôt.

Bien muy bien muy relajante y muy tranquilo pero a tener en cuenta que hace falta el coche para absolutamente todo. una sugerencia no estaría de más poder ver los canales de televisión en español no solo en alemán eso es una falta de consideración hacia el cliente. Bei einer fantastischen Aussicht,selbst aus dem großen Pool heraus, einer sehr komfortablen Wohnung (Petra) mit 3 Klimaanlagen , großer Terrassentür und jedes Fenster mit Rollo und integriertem Fliegengitter haben wir uns im Haus Sonnenschein sofort wohl gefühlt und konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Sollte unsere Reise mal wieder in Richtung Denia gehen, dann ganz sicher ins Haus Sonnenschein nach Sanet y Negrals.

Wir kommen wieder

Die Wohnung liegt hoch gelegen und man kann den ganzen Tag über Dénia und den Orangen Plantagen schauen . Die Teresse mit dem Pool läht zum schwimmen ein und die Ruhe den ganzen Tag und in der Nacht sind hervorragend, zum entspannen. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt und der Sonnenaufgang ist auch nicht zu topen.

Wir haben hier nun schon zum 2. Mal unseren Urlaub verbracht und waren wieder total begeistert. Wie auch schon vor 2 Jahren war auch dieses Mal alles perfekt - Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit der Hausverwalterin Kathi. Von der Ruhe und dem fantastischen Ausblick, konnten wir auch dieses Jahr nicht genug bekommen - einfach ein Traum. Dieses Mal hatten wir das Glück die Vermieter persönlich kennen zu lernen. Sie waren immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hatten den ein oder anderen Geheimtipp auf Lager. Man merkt wie viel ihnen an ihrem Haus und der Zufriedenheit ihrer Mieter liegt. Wir können das Haus Sonnenschein also nur weiterempfehlen!

Einfach genial - Wir kommen wieder !!!

Hier kann man sich wirklich erholen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich super ausgestattet und die Lage ist einzigartig. Die Vermieter sind super herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Weiterempfehlung zu 1000%. Es gibt wirklich nichts negatives. Wenn man die Berge mag ist man hier Gold richtig. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und wir kommen aus dem Schwärmen einfach nicht mehr raus.

Une belle maison bien entretenu et tres fonctionnelle. Perché dans les hauteurs, avec une superbe vu depuis LA PISCINE- TERRASSE sur la vallée, les montagnes et la mer... Des propriétaires fort sympathique, que nous n avons pas pu rencontrer, mes échanges par messages et telephone. Par contre nous avons ete recu par CATHARINA, une personne vraiement gentil, accueillante, toujours le sourire, serviable. Qui est soucieuse de votre bien etre et confort durant votre sejours. Tout cela pour dire que ce fut de tres belle vacances dans une belle maison, une superbe region (Costa Blanca) et les locaux sont tout aussi accueillant.... Merci a TOUS....

Wellness für die Seele

Von Anfang an wohlfühlen, das ist das Motto hier. Vermieter und die Betreuung vor Ort sind absolut herzlich und perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und angenehm ist auf alle Fälle, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad mit WC hat. Auch der Hobbykoch kommt auf seine Kosten, denn die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und es hat wirklich genügend Geschirr und Besteck, so dass nicht ständig der Spülstress ausbricht :) Und der Blick übers Tal Richtung Meer ist so wohltuend, dass man den Alltag sofort hinter sich lässt. Auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, oder zwei oder drei..... In diesem Sinne : Hasta la Vista JHNP
