No fumbling around in the dark looking for door knobs or light switches. Very thoughtful, it made a great first impression on us after a long day of traveling. "Only a 20 minute walk to downtown area and the walk is thru nice residential areas. Also very close to a cement walking path around a lake you can see from the residence. Mount Dora's shops and restaurants made the trip to town worthwhile!"

"We found the cottage to be perfect for our 3-day stay in Mt Dora. We were in for a family wedding and the location to down town was convenient. The back yard and deck was very peaceful!!!"

"This house was perfect! Very spacious, clean, and felt like a very safe neighborhood for a few women traveling. The ONLY improvements I would suggest would be having more towels, and extra blankets available for guests. And I would replace the pull out couch mattress as it was very uncomfortable. Still a 10/10 overall!"

"My wife & I really enjoyed our weekend celebrating our first wedding anniversary at the boathouse! Everything was exactly as described in the listing and more. Mark met us at the parking lot when we arrived & gave us a tour around the marina before taking us to the boathouse. He was sure to let us know that he is always available if we had any questions or needed anything. Everyone around was very friendly as well. We seen turtles, gators, and even caught some fish! It was a great trip to say...
