I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

“Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”

“Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.”

“Super cool and spotless!!! Communication with host was excellent, entry was a breeze and we wanted for nothing. Bed was super comfy, all amenities supplied. We had a wonderful stay!”

“This was my second time using this hotel and will not be the last time. This is definetly my go to hotel whenever I go to the Orlando/Daytona area. The rooms are great, the staff is friendly, and the buffet breakfast in the morning is great. I also love how they have 24 hour coffee for coffee lovers like myself. Definetly recommend this hotel!!”

“There was nothing in the kitchen drawers. I didn’t want to cook anyway. The breakfast said that there would be fresh fruit and there was none. I was there for two days. Very nice location very nice room. Forge Garage restaurant was right next-door in the same parking lot. That was a big Plus.”

“The room smelled like mildew and mold from a filthy AC. The floors made your feet black, the walls were splattered with old food and whatever else.. dirt, feces and blood, there was cockroaches, the bathroom door couldn’t close because it was warped from water damage. The hallway carpets were black and thick with various spilled substances, everywhere smelled like cigarette smoke. The lobby was covered in animal hair. Homeless people fighting in the parking lot. The people who live there……

“Needs updated. Looks like it had some type of water leak and it was never repaired. I was highly disappointed but stayed anyway due to the fact that I had rented from them before and know this was not”
