"A modern studio apartment typical of this area with a TV area and kitchen along with an area with three beds, Japanese style on the floor. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable short stay. There is a bath tub (short but deep) and shower. There is ample parking out back. My recommendation is to park out front upon arrival to unload luggage, since that door is open during regular hours. The parking lot door does not have an entry code, so you will need to prop the door open or you will be locked out. For the instructions from the manager, I would suggest making it clear that there are 3 buildings (a,b,c), which would make the entry process a little easier. We would stay here again when flying out of CTS"
"While the New Prince Hotel will provide you with quicker access to the best lifts at the resort, Naturwald is smaller, cozy, and has the absolute best dinner buffet. I really like the newer working and library spaces at the hotel, and it's convenient to have Rhythm and Lawsons so close."
"This hotel is nice and convenient to the Furano gondola. Important to note that many prefer the other side of the mountain for better expert terrain. The room (2 beds) is very tight. Decently designed for hanging ski gear, but lacking in drawers for other things. The bathroom is the best part. Roomy, for Japan, and great water pressure in the shower. The beds are firm and may not suit all. Interesting pillows - one had an almost straw like filler. The staff is friendly and very willing to help. Great ski equipment room. My one complaint is that there are no areas where you can gather without having to order food/drink from the hotel and play games, cards or simply socialize. I’m used to the lobby being a point of gathering in most places, but Nozo seems to think you need to pay to enjoy their limited lobby area. We only ate one meal there, but enjoyed the burgers. The Onsen is relatively small, but very clean and functional. I will consider the hotel again, but have found better options through talking to other skiers. "
"The unit itself was gorgeous! Location was perfect. Literally a 2 minute walk to the main base. Nice coffee shop in the lobby offering grab and go as well. The disappointing aspect was the service. It felt like we were in an Airbnb with no service. Often times you’d pass the front desk and it’d be completely empty. Upon checking in we were not told about parking, resort area, direction, amenities etc. it felt very rushed and do it your own kind of service. They didn’t respond to emails I sent prior to the stay sling for dinner recommendations and room inquiry. The only way to connect with the staff is through WhatsApp. Not a fan of the service and feel like it shouldn’t be advertised as a hotel. "
