We absolutely loved the Colony Inn and plan on returning soon. The rooms are clean and comfortable and much nicer than staying in a traditional hotel - the pool is amazing and warm and there is a path that takes you directly to the beach. Restaurants are close and we really enjoyed ourselves - definitely recommend and absolutely will return!

Clean place. Swimming pool is nice. Easy walk to beach. The couch fold out bed was broken and we weren’t given proper fitting sheets for it either.

Great little spot for family getaway

My wife and kids stayed for a week and we had a great time! Location was close to the beach and nice little pool for kids to swim. Would recommend.

Convenient Location, Amenities were plentiful

We enjoyed our stay, it was a great jumping off point for all our activities and our room worked well for our family of five. Kitchen was perfect for making a quick meal and the lanais was used to air out shells. We'll certainly use this place next time we're in the area!

Cute Little Condo

This was an adorable little condo for our family of 3. It is small, but adequate space for 2 adults and a toddler. Very clean. Really enjoyed the screened in deck. Does have beach access. Would stay here again.

The location though not on the beach or bay side was relatively convenient, short walk to water. The South side of the island is more crowded than the North and is farther from most restaurants. The facility was clean but smaller than how it appeared in the photos. It was "OK", not special.

Girls Weekend

The place was fantastic! Our only disappointment was our neighbors were heavy smokers who sat on their screened in porch constantly smoking. The screened in porch shares a wall so the smoke infiltrated our space the entire weekend. It would be great if the building was non-smoking.

Loved this place!

The place was very nice, clean, and close proximity to the beach. They have all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Walk to the beach is 2-3 mins and it’s a secluded spot as compare to other public accessible spotS. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
