Lovely getaway

Love this property! So clean! 3 minute walk to beach and lots of little touches around the property that make it special. Also staff was really nice!

A great place to get away

Just a short walk to the beach with a nice pool to enjoy, my wife and I enjoyed our time! There were a couple of small issues that were quickly addressed when we arrived. The property is well maintained overall. The staff were friendly and responsive.

Awesome stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo was clean and cute. It was also Super quiet! Path to the beach only takes a few minutes. Kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely be back!

It's what's on the inside that counts...

Wonderful stay at this location. On arrival we were a little leery since this place had the appearance of an older motel, but inside our room was absolutely lovely. It was updated and clean. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. Drying rack and beach chairs were on site. The short walk to the beautiful beach made this stay unforgettable.

Awesome Location

We enjoyed staying at this property very much. The location to the beach was fabulous being just a 2 minute walk. The condo was impeccable. It had beach chairs for our use, which was nice because we didn't bring our own. We love Sanibel and would definitely stay at the Colony Inn again.

This property was excellent! Everything the description of the property stated and it was beautifully decorated. The location was perfect! We would definitely stay at this property again. Close to the beach, shopping and terrific restaurant and beach shop. Our family enjoyed our stay!

We loved the condo, maintenance and cleaning staff were terrific However the ladies at the check in desk weren’t friendly, they didn’t make any attempt to be helpful or accommodating and basically curt. That is the first contact with your property snd they were not impressive
