Gorgeous 5 Bedroom Home with Heated Pool and Spa
Summary:
Fantastic 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home in the highly desirable Gumbo Limbo community of Sanibel Island! With an enormous heated pool and integrated spa, three primary king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and multiple interior and exterior gathering spaces, this home is perfect for larger groups that are looking for a high end pet friendly vacation rental! Just a matter of minutes to the beach by bike, this home is also very close to great restaurants and shopping! Hurry up as this one won't last, there are extremely few five-bedroom rental homes on Sanibel Island.
The Space:
This spacious home has more than 3,000 square feet of living space to enjoy, and features multiple indoor and outdoor spaces that function extremely well as private conversation areas, as well as gathering areas for those guests that want to be more social or that are traveling with larger groups. These spaces are configured as follows:
Indoors:
Entry: Enter on second floor; opens to access Front Living Room, Rear Family Room, guest half-bath, and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer.
Front Living Room: Larger living area with vaulted ceilings, multiple sofas and armchairs and an oversized Samsung Smart TV. Overlooks Serenity Lane. Leads to dining room.
Dining Room: Table seats 8. Dining Room also accesses upstairs lanai through rear doors.
Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen with casual barstool eating area. Lots of cookware, dishes, and glassware. Keurig coffee-maker, instant pot, rice cooker, much more. Pantry for extra equipment and food storage.
Rear Family Room: Large living area with vaulted ceilings located adjacent to the kitchen, featuring a large Samsung Smart TV and ample seating including sleep sofa. Overlooks preserve and pool area. Access to upper deck with grill.
Bedrooms:
The bedrooms each have their own Samsung Smart TV, each has convenient charging blocks next to the bed and ample closet space. The bedrooms are configured as follows:
Owner Suite - Primary Bedroom 1: Extra – large bedroom features a king bed with doors for access to outside second story lanai. En-suite bathroom features dual vanities, a jetted soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet.
Primary Bedroom 2: Features a king bed with en-suite bathroom. Bathroom features a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Primary Bedroom 3: Features a king bed with en-suite bathroom. Bathroom features a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 4: Queen bed. Shares bathroom access with Bedroom 5. Shared bathroom features dual vanities and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 5: Two twin beds. Shares bathroom access with Bedroom 4. Shared bathroom features dual vanities and shower/tub combo.
Outdoors:
Second Floor Lanai: Expansive second level patio with ample seating connected en-suite to master bedroom and also accessible through dining room area. Protected by screened pool cage.
Outdoor Deck: Smaller second level patio with entrance off of kitchen area. Features gas BBQ grill. Connected by circular staircase leading to pool area. Enclosed within screened pool cage.
Outdoor Pool and Entertainment Area: Private Lower level patio and pool deck features both shaded and sunny seating adjacent to the heated pool and spa. Dining table seats six; second work table and chairs. All protected by screened pool cage.
Guests will enjoy access to the entire property, pool/spa, and garage parking.
