  • "Sooner Beach Escape" is a stunning and lively ground-level pool home located in the desirable East Rocks neighborhood, just off West Gulf Drive. This home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the best part? It's pet-friendly!

    The enclosed backyard is a tranquil haven, featuring a private pool where you can unwind under the sun or enjoy a refreshing evening swim. It's an ideal space for family gatherings, barbecues, or simply enjoying the serene ambiance. Located by the entrance to the East Rocks neighborhood, "Sooner Beach Escape" offers quick and easy access to the beach, allowing you to enjoy the soft sands and gentle waves at a moment's notice. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an active beachside adventure, this home provides the perfect setting for unforgettable memories.

    Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 2 King bed, 1 Queen bed (sleeps 6), free WIFI with TV streaming devices, heated pool, large enclosed lanai, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, garage parking. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

    Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

    Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

We had a wonderful relaxing month and cannot wait to return.The beach is a short walk away and very quiet, even on weekends. A short drive will get you to some great restaurants and activities from the Ding Darling Reserve, to the Shell Museum and the other beachesAbsolutely recommend, This is our second stay in an SBL managed property and we will absolutely be staying again. They are always quick to respond to any questions and resolve anything you may need assistance with. Cannot recommend them enough.
