Beautiful house but misrepresented

Lovely home. Bottom sheet on King bed dirty. Had to wash. Heated pool unable to reach desired temp. Reason for renting was pool. Internet wasn't working for 3 days. Difficult entry. Bikes offered on website were locked and hung from ceiling of garage.
