We loved our stay here! The front porch is expansive and has the most spectacular views of the ocean. We enjoyed views of both the sunrise and sunset which was amazing. The condo has a wonderful wide open gathering space, fully equipped kitchen, lots of tables and big beautiful bedrooms decorated with fun ocean and beach themes. 5 stars for sure!!

This was a great condo…. Plenty of room for 3 families, had a parking garage, pool was great, and the best part was I could sit on the 3rd floor and the beach was right there! You could hear the waves crashing on the beach…. Many memories were made! I’d definitely go back there!!

Location was outstanding. Condo was large and decorated nicely thou dated. Property Mgmt was lacking, pool not maintained, grill area disgusting, had to call to sweep and clean common areas. All of the properties windows are rusted out. TVS in the condo were confusing with numerous remotes and cables. Appliances need to be updated. Had a water leak and ceilings all had patch jobs- plumber told us the pipes and roof needed repairs. We also had to deal with condo being listed and showings scheduled. Which prompted repairs to the property which we also had to deal with. We did ask for a refund from the owner for our inconvenience and the fact we kept the property sparking for future buyers but never got a response. So disappointed in that but overall we made the best of it and had a blast !

Our issues were that master bath toilet stopped up several times, dryer vent had to be cleared out, which was taken care of and dryer start button was touchy. Otherwise it was a great unit and I would recommend it to anyone.

This condo had a great view of the ocean and my family and I found it very homey. We were sad to leave, but will definitely plan on renting it again for our next vacation. We got to see some of the local wild life as well.
