Service with a smile

The service provided by Burak was excellent. He provided breakfast when we wanted it as well as cold water and hot tea through the day. The hotel was right by the Abraham Mosque which made it easy to walk.

The room opens right into the courtyard tables, with the windows of the room also at eye level of people sitting right there. There was no privacy without closing the windows and the blinds, but then you loose the view and the air flow in this already tiny room. The hotel sent an email in advance of our stay basically saying that they know the bathrooms are small so do not complain about that in your reviews :D so I won't, but I will say that the bathroom needs to be redone - the toilet wobbled on the floor, the flushing button was off the lid, and the shower was also in need of updates. Small but in good condition would have been okay. The good thing was that there was plenty of hot water and it is centrally located, although do not try to drive to the hotel, park at the mall or the museum and walk in. Overall I gave 3 stars as the system said 3 stars is average.

Cana yakın, ilgili işletmeci aile. Kahvaltı çeşit az ama çok lezzetli kaliteli ürünler sunuluyor. Odalar çok şık dekore edilmiş. Yataklar konforlu. Tavan yüksek odalarda ferahlık ve huzur hakim. Lakin banyonun wc ve lavabosu çok dar ve küçük. Eksi yanlardan biride otoparkları yok, olması da imkansız zaten ama, yakındaki bir otoparkla anlaşıp misafirleri yönlendirmeleri gerekirdi. Ayrıca yoldan yorgun geliyorsunuz, bir kabin tip bavulu dahi taşıyalım yardımcı olalım diyen biri yok. Bu yorumu memnun kalmadığım için değil, işletmeyi geliştirmeleri için yazıyorum. İşletmeci aile çok düzgün insanlar. Kendilerine teşekkür ediyorum.

Butik hotel ma...

L'albergo è in una ottima posizione rispetto alle cose da vedere in città. Il problema è portare i bagagli perché è situato in una piccolissima strada e passare con la macchina è quasi impossibile. Il parcheggio, a pagamento, è in un autopark sotterraneo poco lontano ma con diverse rampe di scale da fare. Il personale è gentile ma parla solo turco ed è difficile spiegarsi.

Hotel in konumu ulaşmak açısından sokakların dar olması nedeniyle biraz sıkıntılı ama yürüyerek görülmesi gereken turistik tüm yerler görülebiliyor. Bu açıdan konumu çok iyi. Kendileri de özellikle banyolarının küçük olduğunu belirtiyorlar, oldukça küçük. Çok güzel tarihi bir konak. İşletmecisi ve çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcılar.

Güzel bir konaklama

Konak konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde, görmek isteyebileceğiniz turistik noktalara oldukça yakın. Göbeklitepe, Halfeti vb. uzak noktalara transfer mevcut. Hizmet gayet iyiydi hemen her konuda yardımcı oldular, özellikle otel sahibi güler yüzlüydü ve yardımcı olmaya istekliydi. Kahvaltı iyiydi ancak biraz daha sıcak çeşit eklenebilir. Oda temizdi ve biz gitmeden önce ısıtılmıştı, kışın sıcacık odaya gelmek çok güzeldi.

Kaldigimiz oda en ufak detayinda bile bir konakta oldugumuzu hissetiriyordu. Calisanlari cok sicak kanli ve hurmetkardi. Kahvaltisi urfa mutfagindan bazi ikramlarla zenginlestirilmisti. Everything waa fine. Good location. Breakfast was decent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Except for a slight check in delay (fax machine wasnt working) it was fine. Room was a small standard room with 2 twin beds. Bathroom was rather small and hot water took a long time to get hot. But the room was warm and interestingly decorated.

Mükemmel bir deneyimdi. Eşimle beraber 2 gece konakladık. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever özellikle Kamil bey otelden ayrılışımızda taksimize kadar bize eşlik etti. Konum olarak balıklı göle 1 dklık mesafede terası urfa kalesi ve balıklıgöl manzaralı. Sabah çok erken geldigimiz icin bavulları bırakıp çıktık akşam döndüğümüzde odamızı önceden ısıtılmış bulduk soğuk aralık ayında misafiri beklemeden bunu düşünmeleri çok hoştu. Kahvaltı gayet yeterli özellikle yumurtası, biber salçası ve gerçek süt kaymağını yemeğe doyamadık. Ve belki de en bayıldığımız nokta kış mevsiminde 24 saat sıcak su olması. Tüm gün soğuk havada gezdikten sonra sıcacık bir duş alabilmek büyük konfor. Her gelişimizde mutlaka burada konaklayacağız. Biz çok mutlu ve memnun ayrılıyoruz sizlere de tavsiye ederiz.
