"Definitely accessible via train and walking, but I recommend taking a taxi from the station just because there’s not a lot of room for pedestrians. As far as the hotel goes, the staff are very kind and accommodating, there are several shops on the bottom floor, you’re able to purchase local goods at the front desk and there is an amazing kimono shop one block away called Aridayagofuku where you can buy very high-quality textiles, local jewelry, and seasonal kimono. "The only downside to this property was the breakfast options. The buffet was not very good. Also, the restaurants were closed Monday and Tuesday. If you want to go into the city, expect to pay quite a bit for a taxi upwards of $50 US dollars on the train system as you can get around for as little as two dollars per person."
