The staff were wonderful—friendly, welcoming and helpful—and our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The only downside was parking. The nearby parkade was consistently full, and finding parking in the area was quite difficult, especially with luggage. I would definitely recommend staying here without a car if possible. 「On arrival our room type wasn’t available as the air conditioning wasn’t working however a delux room was allocated and the appropriate compensation was given. We switched to all inclusive at the last minute and found it was one of the best we had. The only frustrating thing was not being able to have the bar menu between 1-4pm. The staff were all friendly and the property was maintained. We will likely return in the future.」
