Spacious villa - needs more external maintenance
Very spacious villa within walking distance of the beach and Punta Prima centre. Great communication with owner before booking and and maintenance company to resolve issues whilst there. Excellent internal cleaning as well.
However having stayed in numerous villas in my time I felt things could have been better here. There was an ongoing issue with the electricity tripping out, bedspread and cushions Had holes in them and the Pool area just wasn’t cleaned or maintained well enough.
There was lots of black marks on the grout in the pool which was very offputting to us as a family, however the water was clear and maintenance came and assured was ok. Half the sun-beds were broken and moldy and no Cushions provided for them, however again these were cleaned after I reported this. Mold on concrete around the pool as well which needed a good jet wash. Net for the pool full of holes too. Just feel lots of the basics could be improved to make this villa much better and worthy of the peak pricing I paid I’m afraid.
