「All the staff are very nice, high quality service. If you already planned to rent a car in ibiza. It is a great choice to stay in this hotel. They have free and secure parking, also they located at the center of ibiza. You can enjoy a quite countryside atmosphere. Great room, great pool and great peolpe! Recommend to cat lovers, there are 3 cats that also friendly to human.」

「Great little spot in Figuertas. Close to all restaurants and an easy walk to cab ride to night life. Right on the beach. Staff went out of their way to accommodate all requests. Great spot!」

「Safety is really something I worry about. Someone open my room without knocking my door . I said who is it ? She just said sorry and ran away. My room already cleaned. So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.」

「The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza」

「Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, wir haben kostenfrei ein Upgrade für das Zimmer erhalten, hatten einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Pool und das Meer, sehr leckeres Frühstück, nur das Essen an der Poolbar war nicht zu empfehlen. Ansonsten alles top!」

「I had the most amazing time here. From the clean environment to the amazing kind and friendly staff, I couldn't have asked for much more. The beautiful beaches and the live concerts were the icing on the cake. I would stay here again.」

「Overall the property is beautiful and the pool/ outdoor amenities are so nice. What lowered my star rating was the gym. First, it's in the basement... whats that all about... you have this beautiful view and you stick the treadmills/ weights/ equipment in a room with no windows? Furthermore, it didn't feel like there was air conditioning in there, no fans, no water station, no towels, no wipes for the equipment. Awful gym experience. Completely not becoming of a 4 star hotel. I did really like...

「Loved everything about this apartment. The price was fair for this quality of accommodations. The location was good for our needs but the beaches here are obviously not the best Ibiza has to offer, but they are not far taxi ride from here. The vendors on the beach are annoying and disruptive but the hotel cannot be held responsible for that. The manager was very helpful allowing us to store bags and checkin early as well as checkout late.」

「This hotel boasts stunning views and excellent facilities. The beach is right outside the pool – it's fantastic! As the head chef, I was also incredibly impressed by the variety of dishes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide selection and exquisite preparation – clearly made with great care! The à la carte options were also exceptionally high-quality; every dish showcased the chef's dedication, skill, and exceptional seasoning. We highly recommend it!」
