"The property was superb. The garden brilliant for those quiet afternoons and evenings. 15/20 minutes to Sorrento, 30 minutes to Positano, 60 minutes to Amalfi and 60 minutes to Pompeii. The local town Sant’Agata has plenty of food shopping and a range of restaurants from the cheap to the 1/2 star Michelin. Truly enjoyed the place."

"We were thrilled with the service and attention provided by the owners and staff. The on-site restaurant is enchanting and the food was delicious! An amazing breakfast buffet was served each morning and you could easily make reservations for other meals, cooking classes, wine tasting, and other tours. "We searched hotels for a few weeks before booking the Jaccarino. We must have looked at 40-50 hotels in the region before settling on this one and, after our week long visit, we were glad we did! The staff are superb, friendly and efficient while not being intrusive. The main areas, pool, bar and restaurants are all very nice places to be. The bed was comfortable and super clean each day. The WiFi was fast and the food and drink were both reasonably priced and very tasty! There are a number of great restaurants within a short (and mostly flat) walk and the free shuttle bus to Sorrento was clean, reliable and well driven. The whole place has an authentic 'Italian family' atmosphere (it is NOT a faceless corporate chain hotel) and the personal touch of the staff made us feel very welcome. Would we stay again and / or recommend to family and friends? Absolutely 'yes'! Oh, and one last thing, the view from the terrace, pool and some of the rooms is simply breathtaking!"
