“The staff was incredibly helpful. The lovely lady at the front desk even helped us order a pizza so we could have our authentic Italian pizza experience. Since we lost our luggage the front desk also helped us arrange a taxi to get us to a local mall to replace some of our clothes. The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. It was so nice that the water, sodas and snacks were included. We would stay again.”

“The staff was and helpful. They have breakfast. The hotel has a lot of activities for the kids very cute. The rooms are very roomy and it’s being renovated. They have balcony rooms. Not far from the port.”

“Location is great for cruising out of Ravenna, just okay from me.”

“Loved location close to Cruise Terminal. Easy walking to restaurants. Very friendly front desk and very helpful.”

“Quando si procede con una prenotazione sarebbe corretto sapere prima di confermare che gli animali non solo pagano ma nemmeno possono essere lasciati in stanza. ATTENZIONE ANIMALI BENVENUTI CON SORPRESA”

“One night stay prior to cruise from Ravenna. Stand out are the staff who can’t do enough to help. Hotel is clean and rooms are of a good size.”

“È una struttura a 2 piani senza ascensore camere pulite e colazione a buffet dolce e salato, ambiente tranquillo difronte al mare è bellissimo vedere l'alba al mattino, non è grande come Hotel ma va benissimo ,ci ritorneremo volentieri.”

“The reception gentleman for check in was so helpful and kind. We each used the translator on our phones and had laughs. He recommended an excellent restaurant for authentic food that was very close. The breakfast was delicious and the attendant was very conscientious. She kept everything stocked and was also quite helpful. Loved the quiet in the rooms and even on our balcony. A peaceful location. Good choice. From the Ravenna train station it was a wild bus ride on #80. Be sure to watch for……

“Lovely lady at the front desk and was very helpful assisting our needs.”

“Staff was great, room was nice. There was an issue with the City of Ravenna losing water, everyone was without water fir 20hrs. B&B did their best to help their guests get through it. Supplied water containers to their guests. I would recommend to stay there.”

“Esperienza positiva. Stanza pulitissima e struttura niova”

“If you remember “the good old days” of the small family-run Italian small hotel, this will make you go right back to those lost days! Riccardo and his family are so wonderful. When I told him I was interested in the history of the region, he quickly told me 5 or 6 amazing tales from the distant past, as well as from his own lived experience. This is why we travel: to meet people like this! Did I mention this hotel is LOVELY with a fine attention to detail in all things? I wish I could’ve stayed……

“This place was great! A little apartment with a 3 minute walk to the beach. The staff were amazing. This is in the suburbs of Ravenna, not too many speak English other than the hotel staff but it’s so amazing and not touristy. We are going to go back!”
