Overall, the place was okay, but it could really use a deep clean from top to bottom. An upstairs which is very mildly renovated - but with a functional air conditioner (which is where two children slept to keep cool). And downstairs, which appears quite newly renovated, because evidently, there has been water damage, which has left a horrible smell in the apartment. Fans in the rooms are not efficient.
