An absolute gem. About 25 mins walk from St Marks Square, this a wonderful boutique hotel; a secluded garden for breakfast or an evening cocktail, with absolute tranquility away from the hustle & bustle of Venice. Staff were fantastic, from check-in to departure. Arranged eateries taxis, restaurant recommendations, free trip to Murano glass works; they couldn’t have been more helpful. Rooms were pristine in cleanliness and well maintained. Bathrooms elegant and again spotless. I’d definitely choose to stay here again. Wonderful hotel.

"First off there is no pool. Secondly, there was a power outage for over seven hours as we waited at 40° scorching heat we asked for a refund to be able to book somewhere else as it was only them and another hotel across the street that had no power and it was a no every time."
