Santa Ana Family Hotel

"The room was great! Clean and the staff was super nice. Laundry on site although we didn’t use it. The pool area was spacious and clean, and the lobby was gorgeous. Super close to Knott’s Berry Farm, around a 5 minute walk, and they have a shuttle to Disneyland but we didn’t use it this trip. I do think I technically got a smaller room than I had booked but it wasn’t a big deal and I didn’t complain to the hotel at all so no negatives there. Just be aware that the 397 sqft room type may lead to you being put into a 300 sqft room type. Again, it didn’t bother me and my party too much (there was only three of us) but if you were planning on needing the extra space you may not get it. Overall a great stay and i’m planning another trip to go back :) "

"The staff was very friendly but they have several problems at this hotel the toilets kept flooding we would return back to the room and it’s flooded after being gone all day. The elevators kept breaking and one didn’t work at all. We saw someone’s window get snatched so be careful where you park at and don’t leave anything in your car "
