We had a clean room, but the shower tub is slippery and water does not drain. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, well cooked , hot enough and plenty. The pool was very clean, as well.

I’m giving 5 stars because I knew this was an affordable option and not a 5 star hotel BUT the staff were friendly and the room did not smell bad. Best part about the room was the shower! So much water pressure and the water was hot! Complimentary breakfast was delicious and again staff were very nice.

It had everything I needed elevator, pool, air conditioning, Hot and cold water. And very close to Sonsonate and Juayúa!

Overall our stay was very good, the hotel is centrally located, the restaurant was very good and the staff exceptional. The rooms are a little dated, they can use a microwave and a mini refrigerator. All in all is was a pleasant stay and if we had to the area again we would stay here.

The staff wasn't that friendly and courteous, only 3 of them were very pleasant. At the last day of our stay, our AC stopped working, a personal came to see it and he told us to leave it off for 30 minutes. It was time to check out and Noone came by to fix it. We booked for four people and they only honored three meals for breakfast, didn't understand that part. Over all is a nice hotel, there were a lot of amenities close by, and it was very clean.

The facility was not kept up properly, leaky bathtub shower. Lack of hot water. Breakfast was extremely limited. But it was on a busy street/highway with lots of options. Housekeeping staff did a wonderful job keeping the room cleaned. But the staff and pretty much everyone in El Salvador has limited English so if you can’t speak Spanish u will have major difficulty communicating

Upon arrival, the guest desk staff were very nice and check-in was very quick and easy. The room was clean, but the bathroom needs work. There was mold under the area of the sink and the bathtub caulking was piled on and left opportunity for mold growth like underneath the sink. Aside from the bathroom, everything else was okay.

The service was excellent
